I had a fantastic interview experience with Skillable. The interview process was orchestrated by their Recruiting Manager, Rebecca, who was thorough and engaging. Her passion for the company and hiring were apparent and was one of the reasons I was excited about the opportunity. Even the references she connected with felt it, commenting back to me how great she was. The interview process with the other interviewers was equally as positive. Their dynamics really showcased their company culture. I also really appreciated that they were genuinely interested in my ideas and background, making the process feel like more of a collaborative discussion. By the end of the interviews, I felt excited about joining such a positive and collaborative team. Overall, my experience was positive, well organized, and respectful of my time, and I would highly recommend it.
