I studied each review from this page and everything was spot on. It was a group interview no more that 50 of us. They asked us each to say why we wanted to be flight attendants. I kept it simple and sweet and made sure not to mention my age or love of travel. A lot of people rambled and talked about their love of fashion, which blindsided me, those same people were not asked to stay. Even though most of these reviews said that you do not have to dress like an FA I'd highly recommend that you invest in something business to business casual. The majority of the room looked as if they were going to the club or bar. I felt that I was the only person taking the interview seriously. Most were either over confident or shy. After a 45 min break they put a list on the door of who was to stay or leave. Very cut throat. I did My f2f and was lucky to have memorized each of our speakers names and key points of their speeches. My interviewer seemed impressed by it. I also did my best to answer each question in a STAR format. They said it would take 10 to 14 days to hear back from them. It took my offer 16 days and I accepted. I recommend that you research the company first, pay attention to the presentation and introduce yourself to as many people as possible remember they are watching you the moment you walk into the room.
