It was the same as others here before me have said. You check in I recommend you be there 30 minutes to an hour before. They check your height at check in. Make sure to mingle with others they look for people who can talk to anybody. They tell you about the company and you can ask questions at the end. They give you a 15 minute break so those who are no longer interested can leave. After that they ask you you why you want to be a flight attendant, you have 60 seconds or less. This is crucial this will make or break it for you. Do not go over the time, don't try to dominate the room and brag about you past. They also mention to not say your age in your speech. It's very nerve racking being up there, so just have a general idea of what you want to say. Go up there and have fun with it. Once everyone is done they give a 30 or 45 minute break and they decide who they want to have a face to face interview with. They put a list up and if your name is there you stay, if it's not you are asked to leave. The f2f was more relaxed than the 60 second speech. After you have your f2f you are asked to leave and not go back in the room with other candidates. They say you will hear back within 2 weeks. I got my offer a week and 1 day later. Also I forgot to mention dress professionally, this is an interview. Good luck everyone!
