Interview
The company reps were polite and friendly. I mentioned some concerns with the role during the meeting. The recruiter then surprised me saying my decade + of experience wasn't sufficient for the role. I was quite surprised to hear that, considering they found me and initiated contact. Strange way to end the call.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
