Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and explained about the company, the culture and the role fitment. Very friendly discussion. However, salary details were not disclosed and was told that it'll be decided post the interviews.
A week later, Technical Screening with Whiteboard session was scheduled - was asked about current project, role, different technologies and usage.
Whiteboard session on AWS account structure, e-commerce application architecture, design decisions etc.
Had very less time to explain the architecture part as the interview was only for 45 mins but end of the day I was evaluated only on that piece and was told that it's not matching their requirements.
Overall a good experience but I couldn't get through the next stages which would have been cultural fit interviews.
