I did a phone interview with 2 people giving the interview last a max of 15 mins. It was very relaxed. They did call the job I was working at immediately after the interview which was extremely awkward but I did get offered the position so that was great
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Social Security Administration (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview lasted for 1 hour and 15 mins. It was a panel interview. Simple legal questions were asked such as how you would verify the person you are talking to on the phone is the person that is requesting information (questions did get harder). Alot of behavioral questions were asked and I was given 5 mins to describe a procedure (I chose how to back cookies).

Interview over the phone with a group of interviewers. Multiple questions both thought-based and practical. They will be good and sometime questions may be hard. You should do the interview as it is required.
