Panel Interview with 2 female employees who took turns administering questions. Then the entire interview lasted for approximately 45-55 minutes. They were very pleasant and allowed plenty of time to answer each question.

Name a time you had to make a difficult decision (at work or in your life).
Tell about a time you were given a project to complete by a deadline.
Tell about a time you've gone out of your way to help a customer.
How would you handle a co-worker who's unethical?
How would you handle 'challenged' customers (ie: homeless, mental and/or substance abuse issues)?
The majority of questions were situational, so be prepared using the 'STAR' technique to answer.

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
