I went through an extensive interview process that included meetings with a recruiter, two peers, two stakeholders, and the CHRO. Each stage was focused on specific competencies relevant to the role. The interviews, lasting 30 to 45 minutes, were all conducted on Zoom. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind.
However, after investing significant time in the process and regularly speaking with the recruiter post-interviews, I was disappointed with the rejection process. Instead of a personal response or constructive feedback, I received a generic system email, which left me feeling disappointed after what had otherwise been a positive experience. Personalized feedback would have been appreciated.
