Interview process was very professional and low-pressure. Four-on-one interview with typical behavioral questions asked in a round-about format. Each interviewer was friendly and encouraging. Prepare well and you will be fine.

Friendly interview process. Asked questions such as tell me about a difficult project where you failed. All questions were centered around team based environment and how you function in one. Every response should be in STAR format.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Solar Turbines in Oct 2016
Interview
Met at career fair. Took about a month to get back to me. Interview was basic STAR questions over the phone and was about 30 minutes. I received word back in a couple weeks.
