Sorenson Communications Software Engineer interview questions

Standard phone screen with culture fit questions, followed by multiple choice C++/general programming questions (which is odd for a phone interview). I was asked to complete a simple coding exercise in an email prior to the first phone interview that would be reviewed in the following interview. Video interview with the hiring manager and a senior engineer in which they discussed my solution to the coding exercise and asked how I would add/change certain features. This was followed by some probing questions based on things I had said previously. There would have been a second more technically focused interview with live coding, but I was not invited to participate.
