I was contacted by a recruiter through linkedin, set up a brief call about the job, the company, the hiringprocess, timeline.
The process includes 1 round of technical interview, 1 presentation and combined round of culture interview.
The technical interview was conducted in person, there I was given the opportunity to talk about my experience and what motivates me. It involved a good amount of discussion around technology space I'm working in, as well as some focused technology questions around software architecture, networking/dns.
I was then given a project with ~1 week timeframe. I built a solution, then came to present at the Sourced Group office. Additional technical questions was asked, specifically on why certain choices of technology, technical decisions etc. Then the questions moved onto more of a culture fit; team collaboration, handling stress, etc.
Overall it was a very positive interview process. I received a call about an offer after 30 minutes of the last interview been conducted.
