I initially applied for a different position which involved three assessments (one personality and two skill based), an interview and a background check. The Team Lead position became available during the offer negotiation, and I decided to apply for that position. I was sent another assessment (for leadership skills) which was pass or fail, and once I passed I had an interview with Talent Acquisition, the Financial Center Manager, the Sales and Service Manager, and the Area Director. The interview lasted about an hour with everyone taking turns asking questions. I was offered the position later that day.
