The process started with a phone interview with one of their talent scouts. I was then directed to fill out some personality questionnaires and some other questionnaires to help assess what skills I had and what type of personality I had. I finished with having an in-person interview with the talent scout, and two of the hiring managers. I was then directed to fill out a background check form, and provide professional references. Once this came back they offered me a job and required me to take a drug test. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
