Southern California Edison Applications Developer interview questions

Panel Interview with 3 folks and the hiring manager. 2 of the folks (non hiring manager) seemed to like me. Hiring Manager did not seem thrilled. Overall, my references were called and no offer. Decision all lies within the hiring manager so if you get a good manager to interview with you'll have a lot better chances! The other interviewers on panels can only rate you and recommend but hiring managers make the call. Overall, I am glad I did not get offered here. The Hiring Manager for the position I applied for seemed very biased towards hiring a specific kind of individual he wanted. However the other 2 on the panel were great and I enjoyed talking to them. Everyone in this company is really friendly except for the hiring manager in my experience.
