Applied via SNHU website. Spoke with HR recruiter via linkedin. Did a 15 minute recorded question interview which asked 3 more technical questions regarding PCI - seemed designed to allow them to weed out applicants with embellished resumes, etc.
Finally an hour long interview with the hiring manager and their boss. Conversational style and informal. I clicked with them and felt it went great, was offered the position within a day.
