1st interview is self paced. You can re-record as much as you need to. Next steps was given a few hours after I submitted it which was to gather 4 references. After that I had a video interview via video. Called the next day to offer me the job.

Applied for Admissions Counselor position online and sent follow up email to recruiter. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Moved to the second round of interviews (virtual over Teams) with an Admissions Director and Team Lead. Both came across as unfriendly, didn't smile, and were dismissive of my experience in admission.
