The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southern New Hampshire University (Manchester, NH) in Jan 2023
Interview
First round was virtual on Harver platform. Five basic questions. Then a Zoom with the hiring manager and some other leaders. Then a task. Then present the task to a panel consisting of the team you’d be working with. I put a lot into it and didn’t get any feedback other than they were moving forward with other candidates. When a candidate gets this far in the process, it should be standard practice to give at least some constructive feedback as compensation for the time and effort put forth. After all, this person will be moving forward with other potential employers and likely wants to improve their professional profile to land the next one.

Interview
-Very poor interview experience. The recruiter had a tone of coming across as a used car salesman because he answered my questions vaguely in regards to the position, the team, and the projects they were working on.
-Asked your generic interview questions
-Felt like he was marking off a checklist and rushed. From my experience, the most effective interviews are the ones where it feels more like a conversation between the recruiter and applicant.
-Didnt seem that interested
