I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
The process was easy going. I was contacted by a recruiter and given an initial phone interview. Then the recruiter gave me a date and time for my face-to-face interview. It was easy to find where I needed to go, because when I arrived at the airport I just explained to one of the customer service agents at the ticket counter what I was there for. They contacted the necessary personnel and gave me instructions as to where I would wait. After a few minutes of waiting, a manager came to get me and I was taken to a private conference room for the interview.
