The process began upon meeting recruiters at my university's career showcase. The recruiters were young and casually dressed, giving off the appearance of a progressive company culture. I had an engaging conversation with one of the recruiters, and was contacted to schedule a phone interview within the following weeks. The phone interview was conducted by two individuals, though three were supposed to be participating. Questions focused on my resume, as well as projects that I had completed.
Soon, I was contacted and informed that I would be flown out to Hawthorne for an onsite interview. After rigorous preparation, I made the trip. After an impressive tour of the facility, the interview began with a detailed fifteen minute presentation of a previous project, progressed to a round-table discussion, and ultimately to 1-on-1 interviews with members of the team.
