Applied online. Was contacted a few weeks to a month later to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. The company outsources its recruitment to a third party company (Decision Toolbox). Was then contacted for the phone interview. It was a standard phone interview - walk through resume, focus on employment gaps (reasons for leaving all prior jobs), and salary history. The division that I applied to is in transition so was warned that the position might be cancelled or the job description might change or evolve. The recruiter was fairly nice and empathetic but never heard back after initial call
