Recruiting with this company was ... something else. Had a company tour through a student organization, had my resume enter the portal through that. Had a total of 6 emails asking me to apply for various positions, every single time had a recruiter reach out asking for my availability, then silence. A few weeks went by and then I was asked to do a technical interview with 24 hours notice. A week later, I got a phone call from my recruiter asking to set up an initial phone call... after my technical interview. When I told her this, she then forwarded me to a behavioral interview the next day (interview was on a Wednesday). Thursday afternoon I got my offer, with a response due Monday.
Overall, interviews themselves were not bad. My "technical" interview asked no real technical questions, just me walking through my resume, explaining relevant technologies and projects I've completed. The behavioral interview was standard, same typical questions you get for every interview.
Declined because of low pay - a rising senior in college should not be making $21/hour in an engineering internship (at least not in St. Louis). Especially because its only 10 weeks not 12.
