I applied online, but could not complete the assessment, because I don't have a computer. That probably eliminates a lot of candidates. The next day I received an email from a recruiter telling me to complete the assessment as soon as possible, as the next training class was filling up quickly. Normally I wouldn't bother, but I really need to work, and figured this was a sure thing, so the next day I used my sister's computer to take the assessment. The assessment isn't difficult. Keep it professional. Select the answers that show empathy and patience, but without getting personal. The next day I received a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. I then scheduled a phone interview for 3 days later. The interview went well. It was very conversational, which made it less stressful than most interviews. It included the typical behavioral questions. You may have to role play. The next day I got an offer. I accepted, and the onboarding process began about two hours later. It is all done online. You will need to consent to a background check. and take a drug test within forty-eight hours. I completed everything immediately, and I got word that I was cleared to start four days later. The sooner you are cleared, the more shift choices you will have, so don't procrastinate.
