I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Speedway (Chattanooga, TN) in Feb 2015
Interview
There was very little in the interview process. I talked with them at a career fair in which I was approached by them. An outside interview was set up with their recruiter for a week later. He didn't interview me really at all. He told me about the job and asked if I had any questions. I asked a few questions and that was all for my "interview." He said the district manager would want to interview me next but I received a call a few days later and they wanted to forego the second interview and go ahead and hire me.

Interview
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
