Applied via company website. Received a first round phone interview. Interviewee asked me to go through my résumé, and to explain how my experience was relevant to the position. Also asked me why I wanted to work for Spencer Stuart.

The interviewer was professional and friendly. I only had the initial screening call with them. It went smoothly which made me think I would be progressing to the next stage but I did not.
Chill and Easy Going, staff are nice. Nice office and convenient location. Met with HR and then with two junior consultants. Explained to me what I will be doing and the team culture and structure.
The interview was not too hard. They asked about my resume and asked to elaborate on specific items in the resume. No technical/case interviews. Interviewers were nice and generally good at keeping the conversation going.
