Long, protracted, without an organised process, There was no clear flow to the actual process, some of the interviews (6) weren't too bad but the repetition was avoidable and just showed the hiring team wasn't joined up or communicating - probably too busy fighting fires.

Interview
It took more than 3 month for them to come to a decision. The Panel Interview was extremely difficult to be successful in. The interviewers weren't cooperative. The upfront briefing didn't match the expectations and feedback.
Internal recruiter reached out to set up time for intro call but did not respond after sending availability multiple times. Unsure if it was a mistake or not to send out interview request, but either way no response back.
