The interview process was generally straightforward and fairly swift. It started with a brief phone interview, which seemed like more of a gauge of interest as well as a general personality measure. At the end of the phone interview I was asked to schedule an in person panel interview the following week. In the panel interview I was greeted by three different Spreetail employees (two in Business Development and one on the People and Culture team) who asked a series of situational and behavioral questions. I was contacted a few days later to set up my third interview, a work sample. As work samples are becoming increasingly popular in the interview process I was not surprised by this at all. In the work sample I was to identify two product categories that currently don't hold much weight for the company and come up with a plan to address this. I was contacted a few days later with an offer, which I accepted, for a total of a 15 day interview process.
