The interview process was as follows:
1. I had lunch with a recruiter and HR employee. We discussed the opportunities at Spreetail, what the team was looking for in a candidate, and the general company culture.
2. I had a 30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager to learn more details about the role and expectations.
3. I had an hour interview with a panel of members on the hiring team. The interview focused mostly on previous work experience and personality fit.
4. I had an hour interview with a panel and the hiring manager focused on a skillset presentation.
