Stantec Project Coordinator interview questions

After the second interview, I found out they selected a candidate who had a referral from a current employee. It was unfair! I think they mostly select candidate from internal connection.

2 step interview process. First interview was with the hiring manager that is moving out of the role and second interview was with same manager and a few other colleagues. After the second interview, I was ghosted. All emails and phone calls to the recruiter have been unanswered. The team seems pretty nice but previous reviews stated that the same team/department also ghosted them after the interviews.
