I filled out an online application and all I can gather from that is that you should pay special attention to the questionnaire. They want people who are attentive. I got a call a few days later and I went in for an interview with the associate manager. She only asked me, "Why do you want to work for Staples?" Answer honestly. If they see sincerety and see that you're being 100% with them, they like that. She took me on a tour of the place. My second interview was with the General Manager a week later. This was a little heavier on the questions. "What do your parents think of you? Bad things about you, good things about you? What do your friends say about you? What do you think is customer service?" Think before you answer, but be prompt and concise. Get straight to the point. Honestly, just don't fret too much about it. If you show that you're laid back with a promising work ethic, I think you'll be hired. Just be human and have a calm vibe. I got called back within two weeks (they told me 1 but they took 2, so don't fret if they don't call you back). They had me fill out some paperwork and then watch a couple of videos.
