Talked with manager, filled out job application. went over hours, pay, how to call in and what to do for vacation hours, switching shifts. went through a couple questions, said they would call back.

Do you have experience working as a barista before?
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
