I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Started with a hirevue, then went into a one on one phone screening asking about immigration status and stuff like that, and after that a final panel interview with two hiring managers.

The interview was very easy and mostly conversational, focusing entirely on behavioral questions rather than technical topics, which made it feel relaxed and straightforward overall. Not too bad at all.
Very Easy, Behavorial and situational questions only. Very conversational and biggest tip is just connecting with the interviewer. The time durations was 15-30 minutes and Only had a hirevue and a virtual interview
It was fairly simple. A hirevue, phone screening and a final interview. All of the interviews were purely behavioral. "Tell me about a time you want blah blah blah" type deal.
