Meet with HR and conduct phone interview to ask questions about yourself and previous experiences, then advance to in person interview to meet with Panel for group interview and Meet with hiring manager for final interview

It was a panel interview with three claims teams managers. Questions were about how you demonstrated various competencies in other jobs or positions, with specific examples needed using the STAR method.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Lincoln, NE) in May 2022
Interview
Simple 2 person interview in person. It Took about 30 minutes and consisted of just the standard situational questions. Job offer came about two weeks later. Overall I would say it was a well run process.

The interview process is about 2 weeks long. Very easy because they have a high turnover rate. Basic questions along with past work experience. I would say anybody can pass.
