I started applying for positions in June 2016 after attending an information session at the Richardson office. I kept applying to positions all the way until early September 2016. As others have described, I received an email inviting me to take the online tests, and a day or so later I got another email asking when I was available for a phone interview. It sounded like the recruiter had already decided to offer me a job, before any questions were asked, so that made me relax for his questions. At the end of the interview, I was informed that the position I applied for...Claims Associate-Express had actually been filled, but this position, starting on the same date with same salary was still open. Very different process than what I am used to (no in person interview) I am excited to begin on October 17 for my 11 week training.
