Stericycle Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had two telephone interviews Cesar Castillo. My on-site interview with Mary and Ronda (remote on-line) at 9:00 AM. The interview was excellent. It was basically divided into three areas, Stericycle overview of the actual job description, training and culture; my amplified job history and experiences related to the position; and my questions related to the Stericycle and the specific job. I thought I was very well prepared for the interview thanks in part to your Pre-Interview Tips. I provided two case studies where my work ethics and custom service skill sets were highlighted along with B2B experience. Mary and Ronda made me feel very comfortable as they explained the position and work environment at Stericycle. During the questioning segment, I was given all the time I needed to answer each with clarity and follow-up questions relevant to my answers. They answered my questions in detail. I stated at the end of the interview that I would like to become part of the Stericycle Team and would be looking forward with anticipation to hearing from them.

The interview process was in a very friendly manner. The supervisor was very specific about the job and the expectations. Location was very easy to find. Atmosphere at the office seems very relaxed.
