Phone screening, one hour phone survey, Gallup personality test, Skype team interview, Skype HR interview. I went through all of these stages (6hrs of interviews) only to be told after the final HR interview that I was over qualified for the role. Should have been picked up in the first interview! The role was then readvertised at a much more junior level. Waste of time!

Well-known, large and very solid recruiter has been on board helping the company identify top talent. An in-house talent acquisition director who is also very knowledgeable is helping direct/oversee the process.
