There were several interviews with HR and the hiring manager and colleagues. If applying to Stryker for the first time, you also have to undergo a Gallup interview. They encourage you to be personable and honest so that you can succeed in the company.

Question 1
What can you bring to the team based on your current skills and experience?
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.

Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.
