Interview
First, there was an online application through the company website and school recruiting website. Based on resumes, selected people were offered an interview. Interviews consisted of a short set of personality based questions followed by questions about what was on the resume.

Describe a time that you worked on a team and how that went.
There was one in-person interview with mostly behavioral questions. The only technical part was a simplified system design that related to some of the scientific work that you might expect to see at a medical technology company.
Good! Recruiter was very nice and the whole process took about 2 weeks once I started interviewing with the recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and a member of the team. The entire process took about a month from time of application to start of the interview with the recruiter, although I've heard that some wait a couple of months before receiving an interview.

Interview
Many different interviews, I ultimately was rejected and still interviewed with 7 different groups. You will have several interviews with their talent acquisition team but the interviews only get somewhat difficult when you interview with the team you will be working with.
