Interview
One on one with Activity Director and then the Executive Director. I also came back another day to do a job preview to see if the job was a good fit for me as well as for the community. It looked liked a great community with nice residents, clean facility and the workers were also nice.

Have you every had a disagreement with a coworker and how did you handle the situation?
2 rounds of interviews, one with the activities coordinator another with the executive director. The first one was on the phone, the second was an in person interview. Process took about 2 months but after that they just throw you into the job.
Comprehensive and thorough! Interview process was very well thought out and respectful for the potential employee. Interview consisted of a direct supervisor for the position as well as other department heads as well as human resources.

There was a group interview with people who had applied to different roles and a group of current managers (from different departments) and then we were individually called back to discuss how the company would proceed. I was met with a discussion on availability and pay.

There actually weren't that many difficult or unexpected questions asked in the interview. Questions ranged from why should we hire you to what would you do types of questions.
