I did the discovery day, which has a phone call with basic hr questions and one basic probability question. Then after the discovery day over the summer there was two rounds of online interviews and finally superday.

Lots of easy rounds, easy final round unclear how they differentiate between candidates. People are very pleasant, amazing office (philly), but interview process is weird, they should ask harder questions.

Interview
Fairly enjoyable, a few math questions but mostly general market awareness and behavioural. 3 rounds, first is with HR, then with analyst and the final round is with the head of the team.

Fair value of option given current option price, market price and probability of target price.
I had to complete an online assessment for SIG as part of the application process. It included logic, probability, and mental math questions to evaluate my analytical and problem-solving skills.
