I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sutherland (Mumbai) in Apr 2012
Interview
inspite of informing the HR that i wont be able to work in night shifts they called me for 2nd round of interview and again i had to tell them that i am not looking for night shifts jobs....
It was easy going and smooth and a good experience all in all. I won't lie at all. I liked the panel discussion. I was grateful for the opportunity there.
It might take time, two to three interviews, the environment is nice and friendly. You should be prepared and confident. starting with interviews, then accepted offer and signing contract and induction.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sutherland (Bogotá, Bogota)
Interview
Positions are needed quickly, so the interview process can be done and completed in a day, with you getting the offer after a quick background check. The recruiter will usually do a quick phone screen, which is mostly focused on language skills. Afterwards there will be 1 or 2 interviews either in person or via phone depending if the hiring manager is located on site or remotely. Afterwards there will be an offer.
Hello, and thank you so much for sharing your application and interview process with us. Thank you also for sharing your feedback on your experience with the recruiter. We hope it was a good experience. Best of luck to you!
