Just asked general questions and they only check for communication whether the candidate is capable for customer interactions and query handling . Most important is that one should speak up try to be open and realistic not just say what we have read somewhere, they mostly wants answers of our own.
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
