when I applied online, I had to go through many tests and comp compatibility things. Then after all of those, I got an e-mail that said I had to send in a background check before I could interview. The pay was posted up front so there were no surprises and then I got a call from a wonderful man who I stayed on the phone with for over an hour...cause I was very chatty...and he was very nice about it...even though I didn't have the technical side to the job...he thought my communication skills were up to par with the task and gave me a chance...and offered me the job on the spot. 2 weeks of training and a final at the end and now I am a techy:)
