Interview
Three step interview. One with TA team and other with project team managers/Leads. Interviews are virtual and timings depend on process working schedule, mostly at night/evenings via WebEx. And then if cleared, typing/call tests.
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
