I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swish Analytics (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
After completing a 30-minute introductory call, I did a take home assessment. Was rejected, wanted some feedback but received none. Would have been a better experience if there was some feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swish Analytics
Interview
Was reached out to by a recruiter who knew little about the actual job. I was then sent a take home assessment which was specified as an outline of the way I would go about the model building process with the goal being a prediction of a certain event. Feedback I received from it appeared as if they wanted a full modeling pipeline built that is production ready and not just an outline.
