Swissport interview questions

Applied online and got a response within a few days inviting me to an Assessment Day held at the airport. The Assessment Day was kept very informal which was amazing as the nerves calmed down and everyone could perform well. There were 9 candidates, 3 to a table, and we had to do group work throughout the day followed by a group interview. First we had to play a "Get to know each other bingo" where everyone had to walk around and ask questions to be able to write down names and complete the game. Then we had to do a physical task which involved two Pringle like cans, string, straw and scissors. We had to transfer a tennis ball from one can to the other with everyone in the group having to hold string. After that, we had to do a little maths test that asked basic questions. Finally, we had a group interview which was very calm and didn't feel like an interview at all. Overall, the staff there were so welcoming and warm and a delight to be around.

I went to a group interview, the process is very simple. They will hire anyone who can pass airport background check. Training started in less than a week. After that, it took me a month to get my badge
