Interview
30 min phone call interview: To get to know the candidate better and very basic process engineering questions.
Assessment centre: two day assessment centre, plant tour, 15 minute technical presentation to roughly 15 people, then a group exercise on day 1. Day 2 consisted of three different interviews, probably a bit over the top. Very tough competency questions. Wouldn't bother applying if you have no experience.
