T.K. Maxx Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I recently received a survey focused on various aspects of customer service, but I found the structure and layout of the survey to be quite confusing. The questions seemed disorganized, and it wasn't always clear what specific aspects of customer service they were asking about. The overall design made it difficult to provide accurate and thoughtful responses. Due to the lack of clarity and coherence in the survey, I would not recommend it to others, as it could lead to frustration and potentially inaccurate feedback. A better-organized survey would have been more effective and easier to complete.

They conducted a group interview with around 30 people, there were 4 rounds, they started out by introducing the company to all the candidates and later assigned tasks to complete during the process
