I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Flowood, MS) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was totally unprofessional. Done in a group setting. Did not feel comfortable at all. Where I interviewed was not for that location but 2 other locations. The interviewers for those 2 locations were not professional at all. Interview questions you expect to be asked were not asked. They explained the position somewhat. At the end of the interview we were asked to stand and dance. For what reason? I do not know. It was ignorant. What does dancing and getting "turnt up" have to do with applying for the position? I understand enjoying your job but come on we have to be professional here. Again this review is not for the location in which the interview was held but for the Jackson, MS and Ridgeland, MS locations. The two interviewers were from those stores. I do not want to work for people that unprofessional.
The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Latham, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
