They like to do group interviews to start. Later on you’ll be picked or not. Either way you’ll get a phone call with in a day or two letting you know if you will be moved to the next phase. This will be a one on one interview.

Question 1
I honestly don’t remember but just try to make yourself stand out in the first round. Be confident and not intimidated by others. Don’t be afraid to give your personal answer even if you feel it has been answered efficiently.
The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
