Got a call from the recruiter to interview for an ask me to interview for an assistant manager position. Was there for two hours manager seemed like we made a match. Never got call to be told what happen.

A pretty general interview. Some confusion over who the real decisions makers are. Managers interview but they are unclear whether they or their superiors make the decisions. Sometimes the interviewer acts like it is not a serious interview or they are not always paying attention.

they asked all the normal banking questions, they will ask behavioral questions to see what your experience level is. it is not too bad as long as you know your stuff

Interview
Recruiter was very proactive and open about what they were looking for and I seemed like a good fit. Manage my expectations and kept me in the loop throughout process. After dealing with many recruiters over the years, I must say this was my best experience so far.
